I would tell that it is a good
place to live and close by the
freeway, a mall, some good
stores and a casino.

Small apartment but the layout
is so unique it makes it easy
to decorate and make it feel
very cozy. My only complaint
has to do with renters not
cleaning up after their pets
and maintanence does not seem
to keep it clean either.

I tell everyone about MB. I
try to encourage my co-workers
to apply and I understand that
some have. I don't know the
outcome. You have everything I
require.
I have a new problem,
developed this morning around
4:00 A.M. The bathroom fan
will not stop running. I was
going to call and report it,
but since I received this mail
opportunity; I will wait and
see if the system works.
Also, my washroom doorknob
came off again. It has a real
short screw and I hardly ever
use the knobs, but I used it
Sunday and it fell off.
Thank you for all you do. You
are all wonderful and I look
forward to seeing each one of
you. A gentleman came to the
door this week end to fix my
shower. There was and is
nothing wrong with it.

The residents I have come in
contact with are friendly and
helpful. The location is
great to the needs of
shopping, etc. The property
is maintained well and is
pleasant and pretty. You will
soon feel right at home.

Its very pleasant. Ive been
here 2 years almost and no
problems. Its just like
everywhere else, people are
good, neighbors are nice. If
I had my own parking space I'd
be happier, but aside from
that, Life is great.
